Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was spacious for the five of us and nice and clean, a great size for our family of 5, although I asked for a quiet room. The temperatures were normal, making it a comfortable stay. The service was very friendly and helpful, with staff showing us available parking slots at 1 o'clock at night. The location was perfect for a relaxing evening with a beer or coffee, although a little bit out and 45 minutes away from the city center. The dining options were average overall, with satisfactory choices but poor coffee. The facilities provided were convenient and met our needs.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were fantastic and enormous with a large terrace, which I loved, but unfortunately, mine was close to the street despite requesting a quiet room without a balcony, and no discounts were offered to compensate for the inconvenience.
I loved my stay at the hotel! The room was fantastic, clean, and the modern furniture added a nice touch. The service was professional and kind; they even met us late at night to show us parking. The location was perfect for exploring, but on Sundays, the neighborhood felt a bit quiet. The dining experience was good, but the food options were a little basic. Overall, a great value for money!
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The room I got was fantastic, even though it was close to the street, but surprisingly quiet. It was enormous with a large terrace, which was a great bonus. The service was top-notch, with staff members who spoke English fluently, welcoming us even at 1 o'clock in the morning and showing us available parking slots. They were really friendly, and I appreciated that the reception was open 24 hours a day. The location was excellent, close to tram and bus stops, making it convenient to explore the area. It was nice to relax in the evening with a beer or coffee, although I found it a little out. On the downside, I noticed that everything in the neighborhood was closed on Sundays. The dining options were good, with organic vegetables on the menu. The facilities were impressive, providing everything I needed during my stay. Overall, a great value for money experience.
The hotel rooms were enormous with a large terrace, offering a spacious stay. However, the rooms had a noticeable smell of stale smoke and must, and despite requesting a quiet room, it was close to the street.
Our stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were a great size for our family of 5 and were clean and comfortable, though noise from adjacent rooms kept us up at night. The service from the staff was very helpful and polite, elevating our stay. The hotel's location was excellent for exploring Zagreb downtown, offering a nice spot for evening drinks. However, on Sundays, the neighborhood felt a bit deserted with everything closed. The dining options were basic and repetitive, though the organic products were a positive touch. The facilities were well-maintained and added to our comfort during our stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, but there were noticeable smells of stale smoke and musty odors. The service from the staff was exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. The location, although a bit out of the way from the city center, provided a relaxing atmosphere for enjoying a drink in the evening. The dining options were average, with some shortcomings in the quality of coffee. Overall, the facilities at the hotel were satisfactory, but there were issues with heating costs.
I stayed at the hotel with a group of five, and the rooms were spacious and clean, although they lacked a balcony. The smell of stale smoke and mustiness in the room was quite off-putting and affected my sleep quality. Despite this, the hotel didn't offer any discounts or compensation for the inconvenience.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were adjacent, modern, spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making my experience very comfortable. The service was top-notch, with super friendly staff who even helped us find parking late at night. The location, although not perfect, was nice for evening relaxation but a bit far from the city center. The dining options, while good, were a bit limitative with not much variety. The facilities offered added to my overall enjoyment of the stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms weren't airconditioned and faced the street despite my request for a quiet one, they were conveniently adjacent. However, there was no balcony, and no discounts were offered to compensate for the inconvenience.
